Max-Emil Mohn King

Research Fellow — Ragnar Frisch Centre for Economic Research, Oslo

I am a researcher at the Ragnar Frisch Centre for Economic Research. I completed my PhD at BI Norwegian Business School in January 2025. My research uses large-scale administrative data to study political economy, labor economics, and social policy.

Before academia I spent ten years managing young professionals at Norway’s largest amusement park. I also went to flight school, and made some extra spending money as a simulator pilot for air traffic controllers in training on the side.
